Delegates came to Cracow to exchange information, discuss the further development and perspectives of the stamp printing industry. On the international forum members of the conference, among others issues, discused how rapid development of telecommunications and internet usage impacts on production of postage stamps.

The Polish Security Printing Works company was the host of the conference. Delegates was also invited to visit the headquarters of the company.
