The members of 11th GPSPA Steering Committee Meeting (Algeria, Brasil, China, France, Poland) gathered in China to discuss the organizational issues of the next conference in June, 2006.
The Steering Committee gathers at least once between General Conference meetings.
SC is responsible for assuring the continuity of the Government Postage Stamp Printers’ Association by scheduling the biennial meetings, formulation the general program and business meeting agenda, seeking future Country hosts, reviewing Association finances (as applicable), and proposing policy issues and Bylaws changes to be submitted to the heads of delegations.
The Steering Committee shall be composed of five members; the present Chairman, past Chairman, future Chairman, and two elected members at large.
